As the head of Children’s Programming, Michele oversees acquisitions and scheduling of kids content for Knowledge Network, British Columbia’s public broadcaster, and BBC Kids, a national digital pay TV service operated by Knowledge Network as a joint venture with BBC Worldwide. She also commissions independently-produced original content and helps to steer the brands for Knowledge Kids, one of BC’s top-rated preschool blocks and BBC Kids in Canada.

In her 25-year career, she has worked previously in business affairs, documentary programming and has served as a production executive. Michele has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and a journalism degree from Carleton University, Ottawa.
